For those of us who have undergone weight loss surgery, getting enough protein in is a lifelong struggle. Our stomachs are no longer large enough to get all of the protein we need via food, so a lot of people supplement their daily intake with protein shakes.
I am always searching for new shake recipes as I get bored so quickly with the same things, here are 50 different smoothie and juice recipes. I pinned a ton of these! While they don’t have protein powder listed as an ingredient, you can always add a scoop or two of your favorite to the recipe. I plan on trying a couple of these this week.
How is everyone doing with their eating plans? I did okay this week, I was traveling, so my eating was not as healthy as it should have been. I did manage to lose 1.5 pounds and am okay with that. I was just happy to not gain!
